BBQ Bay Market Squad 

• Assists in the strategic coordination of event vendors, local partners, and sponsors.

• Curates and manages the dedicated "Aggie Pride Plot"—the hub for commerce and branding.

• Manages the official Chapter Merch station, including banners, repeaters, and QR code integration.

• Coordinates the dedicated picture area for all attendees.

• Facilitates potential special appearances (like our mascot, Aggie).

Bay Experience Squad 

• Creates a group with full attention to guest activities, entertainment flow, and overall event atmosphere.

• Manages on-site entertainment and coordinates activities to maximize attendee engagement.

• Implements established programming foundations to ensure a seamless execution of the day’s activities.

• Focuses on creating moments of meaningful connection and memorable experiences for all Aggies and guests.

• Ensures the entire event experience reflects the standard of Aggie excellence.

Decoration Squad

• Collaborates to finalize the theme, color scheme, and layout to create a premium Aggie experience.

• Assesses the venue by conducting site visits to the school (outside area and cafeteria).

• Activates immediately to conceptualize and execute the official visual design of BBQ by the Bay.

• Transforms the venue spaces into an inviting, high-energy, Aggie Pride zone.

• Manages the complete setup and teardown of all event decor on July 11th.
